The supposed "hydrogen economy" is the biggest technology scam that I've seen in a long time.
It sounds wonderful until you realise that our little planet is completely devoid of any free form hydrogen and that it costs more in energy to obtain free form hydrogen than the energy value contained within the hydrogen to begin with.
How seemingly intelligent people can spend so much resources on such a dead-end technology is beyond me. Maybe it's the car makers' way of giving people false hope that they need not worry once the hydrocarbon economy collapses...
