i would just like to know when the 2010 world cup tickets are going on sale, 'cause i heard a rumour that they were to be out in Feb '09, and i'm not really sure.

20 February 09 via Fifa.com. I searched around on that site for this info. You can register now already. Hospitality tickets (suites, etc) are on sale already but you need a take a minimum of 4 packages and the equivalent of your weight in gold (lowest package price is roundabout $11000 for 8 games).

No you can apply through fnb as well just like for the confed cup tickets.
