Hi All,I currently drive a 2006 Ford Focus 1.6 that I bought second hand about 5 years ago with 120k on the clock,Now its on 292k.I must say it has treated me well. Now I'm considering the 2012 Mazda 3 2.0 individual. How good and reliable is this model.Any problems I should be aware of.
Thanks

To answer your question, I believe those 2litre engines, N/A are reliable. and im 90% sure its shared with ford, so you have a preference to the brand. I cant see it as being a bad buy, provided its taken care of and has reasonable mileage.

Mazda is one of those underrated strong reliable cars that does its duties with no fuss at all.

Mom had sport version one with non Skytech engine and it ran well.

Sadly it was rear ended and wrote off at about 100 000km and I did not get to experience it aging.

She owned it from new and it never gave issues at all.
