ive been a united supporter for as long as i can remeber... but damn if we get pogba for that ridiculous amount of money and then still lose to a mid table side liverpool, i am going to have to find a very big pile of sand to stick my head in:confused:

I hear ya...very embarrassing loosing to a k@k team like that. Not only the big teams but some other bigger mid table teams like West Ham, Everton, Soton all think the same...so you not alone

And who cares how much we spend, we have the money and most of all...we are still able to attract the best in Management and players and all without CL...just shows the magnitude of this club and where we are heading. So what if we loose a stupid game here or there....we know what our end goal is and we will have the players to achieve that

I understand trolling on an intellectual level, i just don't understand this.

Why troll on the basis of signings and potential signings when if just one of 3 (which I guess are the odds of expensive transfers these days) pan out then you're left with egg on your face?

Also, what another, richer club spends on a player, doesn't actually have any effect on you.
For clubs without a transfer budget ceiling in real terms, it doesn't make sense to troll as it doesn't mean that there is less for other transfers. Its not like anyone cares about the Premier League Net Transfer Spend log. Even if United lose to other mid table teams after spending a shed load of money, what does it matter if the money doesn't matter?

Don't entertain him. He is quite obviously jealous that we are signing world class players and Liverpool aren't making any noteworthy signings. We will have signed Bailly, Ibrahimovic, Mkhitaryan and Pogba for around £150m in total.

You mean Grujic, Matip, Karius are not World class...could swear they were big household names and stars. I mean who wouldn't want the great Grujic and to get a big club like Belgrade to loan him out to you is some feat...shew!!

One of my sources said the following a bit earlier, regarding Pogba.

Image rights agreed upon - €5m per season. He could earn up to €18/20m per year (5-year deal).

Kinda sad that Leicester winning the title with a squad that cost as much as a single Man City player will only be a once in a blue moon occurrence. At least football was interesting for a short while.
