I'm sorry but you can't compare Pool to the likes of Barca, Real, Bayern, Juve, PSG. They are not in this tier, when was the last time they lifted anything?

European Championships 1955 - 2017 expressed as a log table (2 points for a win, one for a draw), 500 clubs on the list. (p.s take a cursory glance at the trophies column). Liverpool are no slugs.

Besides, with your formula it would become a predictable snooze festival. May as well just toss a coin and declare the winner from four clubs if all players "like him" should only be playing for the "top-tier" clubs.

The Champions league is the ultimate trophy if you compare great teams imo. So for me the clubs with 5 UCL is an elite group in that 57 years. Big clubs dominate for at least 10x years, but what sets them apart of a great era is winning the biggest trophy.

He is just taking a dig at United and other clubs..its what he does. Trying to say Pool is elite and belongs in the big clubs list as they won 5 European trophies
