Chelsea's Dominic Solanke agrees to join Liverpool

Chelsea striker Dominic Solanke has agreed to join Liverpool, according to Sky sources.

Solanke's Blues contract expires this summer but the club will still be due compensation for the 19-year-old, expected to be around £3m and decided by tribunal.

That a tribunal is involved means Chelsea offered Solanke an extension to the three-year deal he signed in September 2014 - his first professional contract - but the youngster turned it down.

Asmir Begovic completes Bournemouth switch

Bournemouth have completed the signing of goalkeeper Asmir Begovic from Chelsea for an undisclosed fee, believed to be in the region of £10m.

The deal will become official on July 1 and the 29-year-old Bosnia and Herzegovina international has signed a long-term contract.

And Begovic will be returning to a familiar haunt, having been on loan at Bournemouth from Portsmouth back in August 2007, making eight appearances.

Dunno about whether he's been tested like keepers at "big" clubs but like him, there a few good keepers around. Whether they can survive the scrutiny that comes with playing for a massive club is the question.
