Gabriel in Spain for a medical with Valencia apparently. Looks like we're going to need some defensive cover?

I trust the dude gets that includes his position? But it is amazing how the "best team in the world" from a season or two ago is now having an almighty wobble.

Seems PSG made good business with the signing of Neymar. Not only have they got a great player, they seem to have destabilized Barca at the same time.

^, because they've made 2 official offers to the club already, maybe? Their interest in the player is already known so it's not like they're using the press to make the player quit his current club.

but the club has very publicly said they're not interested, now because of the interest the player hands in a transfer request .. surely that is not right? ... i know they're not the only club to do it .. but still ..
 
Liverpool reject £113m bid for Philippe Coutinho from Barcelona

Liverpool have rejected a third bid from Barcelona for Philippe Coutinho, according to Sky sources.

Sky Sports News understands the latest offer was worth an initial £113m and the fee could have risen to £118m based on the Brazil international's potential appearances at the Nou Camp.

I think the club has told him already that they want another from him, too late for us overspending on non available players atm.
 
Hernandez was a steal at 16 million I wonder why any bigger clubs didn't go for him.
