2019 Salary Increase

I'll hopefully hear sometime this week. Wife got -40%.

5%. My own increase from investments are larger than this and I am not happy. Bunch of people with Std 8 not making good business choices. Costing us millions.

I got a 47.5% increase to bring up my salary to be inline with co-workers. I have now quit for around a 35% increase at the new company.

Nah there were a bunch of factors, and she did have a choice. We discussed it and accepted anyway, as it wasn't a bad deal overall (part of it is that she now spends more time at home with our son), so we're not complaining too much. I just got mine, and since I learned that there are colleagues on here I can't share the number, but it's not too bad. I'm happy, all considering.
