I've never seen a T20 match without a result. They do play T20 , both men and women. As for test cricket... no.

Only time there is no result in t20 is if rain causes less then 5 overs a side possible.
T20's also have super overs if scores are tied.

Very weird referral in this Oman game, 9.3 overs in, appeal for LBW turned down and then referred. Flat line throughout on the Ultra edge. Ball tracker had it clipping the top of off stump but the ball actually didn't hit the stumps and seemed to take a deflection before sliding past the keeper. SO I guess my question is which piece of technology failed here?

Why? It’s the right call.
It’s umpires call and umpires said not out so decision stands.
There should have maybe had some noise when the ball hit the thigh pad.

Maybe I didn't explain properly, the ball didn't hit anything at all, other than the pitch, according to Ultra edge which was a flat line. They checked Ultra edge until the ball had passed the batter. Ball tracker suggested the ball should have hit the stumps (top of off). But it didn't... So the tech has failed...

Yes ultra edge didn’t pick up the connection with the thigh pad (or area) which the ball did hit.
The fact that ultra edge didn’t pick up the noise after the bat is not important to the decision.
