20Mb ADSL2+ Sync Speed

Judging by these line stats, shouldn't my line be able to sync higher? Would it improve if I go for VDSL instead of ADSL2+?

With that stat, you can expect 15Mbps to 16Mbps line sync.

when i upgraded to 10mb telkom only did 6 and phoned them asked about it said i cant get more exchange limited

but telkom za shorted me out 1st to 8mb on adsl 1
then 2 months ago he boosted me to 10mb on adsl2+

,so ask him,he will fix it
