Depends what sort of support - desktop, server, local/remote, SLA requirements, etc. It can get enormously complex.

When I was working for an outsourcer, there were month-long negotiations with clients over increasing support hours by 30 minutes, never mind 24x7.

Work out your costs and times by 10 as your first offer. Be prepared to settle for half of that.
