24/7 Telkom support number?

Hi all

Can anyone give me the Telkom number for reporting issues with my line. I'm not talking about the 10210 or similar variants. There's a number that goes something like 0800 345 345 that is 24/7 support.

So they essentially don't have 24/7 support then???

Sadly, that call centre doesn't operate 24 hours/day anymore. I think there's an automated service though that will get someone to call you back in the morning.
