250 static ip's, unlimited bandwidth

so i figured out today the company i work for currently has (underutilised) 250 static ip's on an unlimited bandwidth connection. I can magic up any number of servers to sit behind these ip's. but what i want to know is what do you guys suggest is the best use for this? from a business/money point of view???

Are you talking under-the-table stuff? Or are you rather thinking of drafting a proposal?

You might also want to specify what industry the business is in.
