260vac vs 260 watts

What is VAC and is it the same as watts.

Like I have a 260 VAC PSU but on my box my case came in, it says 360 watts?

VAC = volts AC (Alternating Current)

Our power supply at the socket is 240VAC

There should be another rating in Watts or VA (volt ampere)

:erm: Very sure. V AC and watts are really not that complex, honestly.
