Getting a laptop - 2nd hand off amazon. Win 10.

Wondering what I need to do that the previous owner hasn't left any fun keyloggers etc on there.

Win 10 factory reset? Full format? If I format I assume Win 10 will pick up the OEM licensing automatically right?
