3 days and still no answer

I posted some questions on the iburst site and have still to recieve a response. Is this normal service, or is it only me who is being ignored ?

arnonel, I think most iBursters would agree that www.iburst.co.za is fairly useless ATM, and support is not up to scratch.

I'm sure most of your questions will already have been answered on this forum, if a search of the forum doesn't tell you what you need to know post your questions & we will try answering them.
