Uh - address the root causes of crime, perhaps? Because I don't know about you, but when I see a jumpy cash in transit guard holding an assault rifle outside a bank, I don't exactly feel reassured.

I wonder if these criminals are even given a choice? Maybe they are part of a syndicate who drafts homeless imigrants and force them to act as mercenaries for them. Like in blood diamond, where they kidnap kids and booze/drug them up so that they will kill and plunder for the rebels.


The only way to purge this infestation would be with a strong and dedicated police force. The old national party spent over 50% of the budget on police I think, just like the united states is doing today(there is nobody to fight with) But their spending has gone over what they did in the cold war..


Best defence is a good offence. Especially when your society is so imbalanced like ours.
