Waddup hardware freaks.

I'm looking for the best way to run 3 PCs (1 desk top and 2 laptops) on a single desk.

1. I want to use only 1 keyboard, mouse and headset
2. It will be a dual monitor setuo monitors
3 I wont use all systems at the same time, its Work, Side hustle, gaming PC

Appreciate your suggestions and recommendations
TIA

Are you not looking for USB C Docking system, you would simply unplug the usb c and plug into the other pc.

Stay away from the cheap USB C docks, from my personal experience, it does not work for long.

KVM switch, or 1 Super PC using VM Workstation with multiple VMs running from it.

You pick and choose. But what you are explaining is a KVM switch. You run all 3 and just flicking a switch to switch between all of them. Easy as pie

Doesnt your office use AWS VMs yet?

You need a KVM switch.. they came.in variety of options, i.e how many PCs you can connect to them to control with a single set of peripherals and not all of them support things like headsets..

You definitely want a KVM switch for this purpose, but go do your own research based on which would suit your specific needs best..

But he wants to connect monitors as well?
Ah sorry, my montiors have dual hdmi and displayport so not used to not just pushing a button and connecting, also trying to find a kvm for modern monitors doesn't seem so easy.

Is Ugreen a good brand?
Yeah actually haven't had any issues with ugreen stuff, I got their type C dock, 2 of those switches, hdmi cables, network cables and phone chargers.

So something like this should work?
UGreen USBC 9IN1 Dock W/2XHDMI+USB3+GLAN+PD-GY

I am also considering it for my own use

Also an option, but very pricey :(

I would love one as well.
