when hulu wasn't cracking down on vpns so much, we quick happily streamed shows on a 25mpbs line without buffering of any kind. speeds we also close to max, it was just the ping that was slower. we use private internet access.

The significant majority of people use external IT support for their servers and pastel too. I wonder what the excuse the IT support gives when they have to ask the ISP for a VPN for a server they support? Larger firms have internal support.
