384 Uncapped. Which ISP to choose?

Hi, I'm looking to signup for 384 Uncapped. Right now Telkom seems a good deal because they state their times of shaping. Is there any other ISP I should consider?

I would second the MWEB call here; been there and they do a good job. BTW--did you know, you also get 300min free for HotSpot use with your account.

I would try Telkom. Mweb is famous for uber-shaping even up to like 1.30 in the morning. Their billing is a disaster. The free email is also a dead loss, so don't even look at that.
