I have made few observations abouth this article from the forum!
Firstly - At present the cost of 3D set/glasses is high - no doubt! More so for for 1 person let a alone 3 or more people in a home. However, nearly all technologies are expensive in the early days of introduction. Remember, nearly everyone in a home of 3,5,6 and God knows how many has a cell phone. Perhaps not a good comparison but the best I can think of thus far.
Second - All glasses when used for the first time need some sort of adjusting to it. Same with 3D glasses, eventually it will get better.
Third - It does sound great if used in the gaming industry. I would be happy to try it on a playstation.
Fourth - We don't see many complementary devices along side television sets, this is a cash-in idea for the vendors - great idea i should say!
Lastlty, its business as usual!
