Hi,

Is there a local site that I can download this from?
 
I'm sure there is one (I just don't know where a mirror is) or someone can probably upload it to the UUNET FTP for you.

If you're in Cape Town, you can come grab it from me :)

I got it from Feb edition of PCFormat..... with tons of other goodies for benching.
