3G billing timeline

After waiting over 10 minutes waiting for an operator to answer my 155 call (and the # "we'll call you back" function doesn't work!!!), I hope somebody can help me...

I've so far used just over 400 meg of my half-gig contract. Yet, I keep on getting these pop-ups that say I've exceeded my 500 meg limit.

1. Can somebody tell me why this happens?
2. From what date to what date is a data-bundle "month". from the 1st to the 30th? the 3rd to the 2nd?

Were are the pop-ups coming from? The dash?

If 155 don't answer, you can always mail them. Or just call again, they should answer sooner!
 
I would also like to know what the billing period is, as I understand it, it is from the 1st to the end of the month. However, Nashua normally sends me an sms a couple of days before the end of the month with my invoice total on.

Can the sp's change the billing dates on a 3G contract?
