3G Coverage Co-Ordinator

Hi,

Does anyone have contact details for a 3G coverage co-ordinator in the Pretoria region? I would need to speak to someone that works with this in the Pretoria area since my area seems to be in the Phase 2 implementation, and only this co-ordinator would be able to assist me with the coverage questions.
