3G HSDPA Price difference

Hi,

A friend of mine signed a 3G contract with VC. He told me that jumping to HSDPA will increase his monthly bill. Is it the same for MTN?

I was under the impression that you pay per MB not for speed.

As far as I know, vodacom charge different prices (IN BUNDLE ONLY) for 3G or HSDPA, but MTN does not!

Our 3G and HSDPA charges are the same, we do not charge anymore for HSDPA
