Hi guys

I have a VERY strange problem with a client.

She has a 3G device loaded with mobile parner on a E220 (I will double check the model no if needed).
If we install it on her Mecer TW7, it installs fine. She is able to connect and then receive her emails / connect to the internet. Then after some time, say 5min to 30min, she will lose internet connection. Thus unable to receive emails or connect to the internet.
When trying to view a page in IE, it comes up http:/// in the address bar.

After disabling ALL the other ports / connections, we are able to gain internet conenction again.
Ports refering to the LAN, Wireless and Hamachi connections. Even though they are not connected (except Hamachi, which is needed to connect to the server at work through the 3G).

We don't have this problem on anyone else's system, though they have the Vodacom software on the 3G device, not mobile partner.

Any ideas? Need any more info?

Is the VMC installed on the PC as well ?
Is there any other dial-up connections on the Pc ?

Thanks

Is the VMC installed on the PC as well ?
Negative
Is there any other dial-up connections on the Pc ?
Negative

The only other device that uses dial-up is the modem, but I have tried disabling it, etc, with no luck.

Any ideas?
