3G "Problem"

I am experiencing a very "wierd" problem with 3G , when making or receiving a voice call DATA exchange is also taking place at the same time , right and left arrow (icon) indicating data exchange appears, below the 3G icon , 3-4kb data is sent , u will notice that my call records reflect data and voice at exactly the same time , the same data exchange appears intermittently with the phone in IDLE mode ,

i am using a Nokia N73 , phone set to Dual Mode, when the phone is set to GSM mode only , i dont have the problem above

Hi 3Gee,

I was thinking about it last night and suspect that you have the video sharing activated, so every time there is a call, you will set up a data connection as well in order to "share" content. This is only possible on 3G which is why when he switches to normal GSM, the problem doesn't occur.

I will have to get hold of one of these phones to play around and see how to activate/deactivate this feature.

I've asked Michael if they have a N73 in the test lab I'll play around and advise you ASAP.

Thank you master , you were spot on , i had created a SIP profile , the setting was deactivated but for some unknown reason causing a Data connection also , after deleting the profile , problem solved .Thank you very much
