Your problem seems to be very similar to one that I reported in another thread: loss of downlink. Data goes out, but nothing comes back. If you shut down Dashboard and start it up again, the problem is fixed, although there are the occasional error 619(?) and/or crash. When I reported this it seemed to be a known problem and VC was working on it. Have not seen anything about this for a while though and it still happens to me too.
