The previous CEO of cellc was more interested in his own personal interests, and really had no idea how to run cellc.
And perhaps this is the reason why cellc has been anything but progressive, and that lays in the palm of the previous CEO.
The 'new' CEO has really tightened the screw... so i hear anyway.
