3G with a IP conflict error

Hi
Sometime when this customer connects with her 3G USB stick she gets a IP Conflict error.
She uses it on her laptop and is not connected to any network Below are two of the error messages
I got out of event viewer.

After this happens she cant connect to the internet and you have to restart the PC or unplug everything and start over Any ideas?
 
I am also very curious as to the cause of this problem!

For years I've been blaming vodacom, thinking that perhaps they've assigned a duplicate address by mistake.
 
What does your 'ipconfig /all' output show after you connect the 3G adapter and get the error above? Could you please paste it over here?

I will have to ask the client to do that as the laptop is not with me, will post as soon as I recieve it

The ZTE adapter is her 3G if I remember correctly
 
Sorry, I'm unable to see the picture because the firewall at work is blocking it. Will check later tonight, sorry.
