1 and 2 sounds line my first and second at this place.I have had 3 before:
1) HR - Do you REALLY meet the minimum specs
2) HR and Team - Can you do the work
3) Leadership - Do you fit in to the culture
I am very new to this. First time in 8 years, that I went for an interview, was invited for a second, and now 3rd at the same place. Seems like I did not do to bad
Jip, I too asked plenty questions in both interviews, and are planning to do the same in the 3rdyeah i agree with above, you wouldn't get this far if they weren't interested at all so it isn't a bad thing. Remember the interview works both ways as well.
Good sign either way.
I went for an interview the other day which I found a bit underwhelming, one of the guys mentioned I was very confident, I suppose its because there is no English word for hardegat.
if you come across that way in an interview then they dodged a bullet![]()
Kinda yeahFelt I did good enough and do actually want the job as its a nice chunk of change, they sent me a personality assessment earlier which was I found odd but anyway.
So little details provided.. meh.
Typical interview process i've been through has 3-4 steps i.e. the usual:
1. Automated technical assessment. (computer based/remote)
2. Technical interview /whiteboard
3. Manager + HR meeting (behavioural etc too).
+/- 4. Salary negotiating but this is offline.
FANG types follow the above with a stage 3 integrated into 4 and do it with a onsite visit is used for another technical round nailing you on things u got wrong in stage 1-2 + arbitrary problem solving allowing for rejecting of candidates for "other" reasons (the 'culture' fit stuff comes in the final round).
Yeah, if a company wants me to go to 3+ interviews, sooner or later I'm goign to start complaining about my time@Smokey888 sounds like they're a bit unsure and perhaps a manager that is new to the recruiting field. Pity they wasting so much time and should just make an offer already. Are you keen on joining them? What's your reason for leaving where you're at currently?
little info provided for obvious reasons but ok.
interview one was with HR only. They asked what do I do currently, why i want to leave etc.
interview two was with HR and hiring manager. Asked alot of the same questions.
they then contacted me and asked for my payslip - provided.
contacted again for a 3rd interview - they mentioned on the call they want to discuss job spec etc. I already asked about it in interview 2, but sounds like they want to discuss.
