4 mbps ADSL line upload speed?

I have the standard Telkom 4mbps line, and I would like to know what is my upload speed? is it 512kbps?

Should be 512kbps, yep.

You can check in your router's config: 192.168.0.1/10.0.0.1 by default, methinks.
