4 Meg Line Help

ok so finally telkom give it me but my modem keeps loosing sync

so im down to a 1 meg line and its the only way its stable


has this happened to anyone else?

So even syncing at 3meg, or even 2 meg is giving problems?

in my experience when u have troubles with 4meg synch profile u can try 2meg...that should work ok.

but if distance is the problem - 1024 at best.

i live 1 km from the exchange

i tried 3 then we down to 2 now we at 1

o well my dreams of 400kbs are dashed

have got access to your router yet to view the SNR margins?

its called DS margin , SNR down , or RX noise
on 10.0.0.2
or 192.168.1.1
or 192.168.10.100

I was having the same problem, but it turned out that it was all caused by the interference on my line (scratchy noises and stuff) so luckily I didn't have to downgrade
