The above phone, I am interested in buying and was all ready to buy it last night until I saw it does not have 4g Lte which I run on my phone at the moment.

If I do buy it what type of network speed will I get?

Network Support WCDMA/GSM
Frequency 2G GSM: 850/900/1800/1900MHz
3G WCDMA: 900/2100MHz
3G Support HSPA+
EDGE/GPRS Support

These are the phones specs above.

My current phone has these specs (see below)

Technology
GSM / HSPA / LTE
2G bands GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - SIM 1 & SIM 2 (optional)
3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100
4G bands LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 7(2600), 8(900), 20(800), 28(700)
Speed HSPA, LTE Cat4 150/50 Mbps
GPRS Yes
EDGE Yes

Is there a work around these settings?

cheers guys

I can't give you exact network speeds as its all dependent on where you are, how much bandwidth there is etc etc etc...

But going from 4G LTE down to 3.5G HSDPA, expect less than half the speed of LTE. Expect to see more a lot more buffering when streaming high quality videos, but also better battery life.

thanks Tsepz_011

I have an unlimited plan with my provider but after using about 3 or gigs of 4g Lte they drop me to about 2g for the rest of the month. for the life of me I cannot understand why 2g when this is a country with so much technology and or bandwidth. I would have loved to buy that particular phone for the features and size but if its gonna be as slow as that then damn man I may as well keep some quarters in my pocket and phone from the coke vending machine at my work.
