I'm looking for a cheap MiFi router to use with the Telkom LTE network.

I came across the D-Link DWR-730 for about R250.
My question is will it be able to use Telkom's LTE 1800 MHz network?
The specs say:
GSM/GPRS/EDGE band: Quad-Band : 850/900/1800/1900 MHz
UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA1 band: 2100MHz or 900/2100 MHz
I know that I won't able to get above 21.6Mbps obviously but I need to know if it will work.
