going slow again in my area it was going soo fast @ 2 megabytes perfectly symmetrical now its less than a megabyte and 1.57 megabytes upload

Well, 2MB/s = ~16Mb/s which isn't THAT bad, then consider congestion when everyone starts coming home and occupying the tower.
