If you saying that you can't access Absa online banking with your openweb account, I would guess that it has nothing to do with the account.

What exactly is wrong, is the site not working correctly or can you not access it at all?

The problem are with Vodacom you can access the site but can't log in to your bank account it just wont let you in.

I have the same problem, also openweb uncapped.

I think the problem is with ABSA though. they said that if you are using a line bonder that it will log you off when they see you are comming from more than 1 IP, how many lines you using?

if i use only vodacom it does not work when i switch to axxess uncapped it works fine we spoke to absa they said that there are nothing wrong...

ABSA would say that.
Vodacom would blame ABSA.
ABSA would then say there is a problem but with Telkom.
Vodacom will deny problems with Telkom.
Telkom would be "WTF?"
ABSA would deny there being any problems and say its your ISP
ISP would blame ABSA... and so the cycle continues.

Welcome to South Africa

Nah, you have it all backwards.

Welcome to South Africa.

1. Phone ISP. ISP says problem is with either ABSA or Telkom.
2. You phone ABSA, they say, there is nothing wrong on their side, they can all login and the problem is with your ISP or Telkom.
3. Since you already phoned the ISP and ABSA, you now try Telkom, who goes: "WTF Mate, our lines are uber, phone the ISP or ABSA".
4. So you phone ABSA again, tell them the ISP says nothing wrong, Telkom says nothing wrong. They now insist you phone the ISP and Telkom and record the conversation to prove that fact.
5. So you phone the ISP again, they insist its not their network and since you an access all other sites, EXCEPT ABSA, you need to complain with ABSA.
6. In a final ditch effort you contact Telkom, tell them that all your sites work except ABSA, you also inform them that ABSA can get into their own site, so the problem must lie with Telkom.
7. Now ... here it is. Telkom threatens you that if they send a tech out to your site and he finds no "line" fault, they will bill you R400 for the call out, R300 for the line testing and then a further R300 for you being a dumbass.
8. You don't log a fault ....

Anyway, the short of this is ... if all your sites work and only ABSA is not, then its a routing problem, these normally get sorted in a couple of hours or so.

Just got off the phone with Keoma and the problem is with your DNS settings. For Uncapped 4mb, use:
41.0.1.1 - Primary
41.0.193.1 - Secondary

That should fix your problem.
