4MB ADSL Speeds :(

Been doing speed tests every now and again over the past 2 weeks and it seems telkom are raping my line or doing something to it.

Line used to be fine, in my router it says im syncing at 4096,512 so 4mb

Heres the speed test

Im in Blouberg , Table View anyone else having simlar issues (021) 554 xxxx

same here, Strand. Telkom seems to have some probs as I was waiting in the hotline queue for more than 96 minutes before I gave up.

Isn't there an option on the call lines where they phone u back, i know they have phoned me back and it says like "your are number xyz in the queue" and then asks if u want them to phone you when you are in the front

Im so fed up with telkom right now been like this for 2 weeks!!!

Obviously depends on the hotline as I usually make use of this option. On 0800375735 I wasn't offered to be called back though - UNFORTUNATELY

Anyone notice that all the consultants on 0800 375 375 and 10219 give different answers for the same question and won't be the same outcome during the call throughout all the consultants
