4mb uncapped ISP needed

Hi there guys I have a 4mb telkom adsl line at my business
I would like to get a service provider that can give me uncapped line at good price every month
I would like to use this line in the day for normal web browsing and general downloads plus remote desktop support emails and so forth

At night I would like to use it for torrent downloading
Anybody knows of any good cheap services providers that can give me unlimited torrent downloads at high speed at night and high speed usage for general Internet stuff during the day
