4MB + Uncapped + LiveTV4Ever.com = worth it??

This just became feasable... I think I will cancel my DSTV and get 4mb ... Free the Web Viva...

I cancelled DSTV for other reasons and watch the livetv4ever very occasionally if there's some sporting event I really want to see. Caveat: even with 1.5 Mbps (which we DO have in South Africa now), the quality is a bit rubbish. And I don't think livetv4ever actually needs 1.5Mbps - probably a lot lower. It's not a replacement for dstv, but if you can bear watching sports where the balls go all pixelated and the motion gets blurred, it's not a bad poor cousin.
The 4Mbps Mweb so far seems really very good (all one day of it).
If they'd separate SuperSport into it's own package, I'd buy it. But R600ish for SuperSport and all the other rubbish is just a rip-off.

I personally would not want to cancel my DStv, I can watch and record multiple channels (for when nothing takes my fancy, and I do have others in the house), I can watch sport in HD while say my wife watches something else while recording ...
tudorc I agree with you ..

Does anyone know if you can watch previously recorded games on livetv4ever ? In other words, games that are not live? Because I want to get it for the NBA but the live games are at like 3-4 in the morning here...

Their video quality is sub SD and audio is very poor, also, we geeks with nice lcd...16 : 9....they broadcast 4:3 only

Then I reckon this isn't really gonna work for someone that really enjoys watching sport...stick with DStv then, until ODM gets the rights to broadcast for signs up a Supersport package.
