I've just downloaded 4 files from rapidshare I got between 280-380kb average per file, 2 weeks ago I was getting 430 average.

Well, we have 4 1mb lines at they have all been reduced back to 1mb and not 4mb anymore

I have just had my speed increased from 3072 to 4096.
I had requested the speed reduction a few days ago in an attempt to reduce LCP Downs and loss of synch, but having read in this forum about internal connections affecting performance, I connected the input line directly into the DG834G v3 instead of using its filter/splitter. Since doing that, no loss of synch and no LCP Down.
As usual I will remain optimistic that a problem has been solved until it happens again!
Although it is set for 4096, I am only synching at 4000.
Download speeds are ±2Mbps
Pings to google.com are 50% higher than usual
Local pings are 2 - 3 ms worse than usual with packet loss
It appears that there is congestion somewhere. Any one else having these problems?
