I just upgraded to my 4mbps this morning...but I don't understand half of the stuff....
My line diagnostig according to my router (Billion5102, or is it the 5201?)
relative capacity occupation: 45%
noise margin upstream: 13.0 db
output power downstream: 9.0 dbm
attenuation upstream: 19.5 db
carrier load: number of bits per symbol(tone)
tone 0- 31: 00 00 00 00 24 55 66 77 77 77 77 66 65 54 30 00
tone 32- 63: 00 00 00 00 34 56 66 77 88 89 99 89 9a aa aa aa

Are you a troll?
His figures are much better, you want a higher SNR and lower Line Attenuation. However you still sync at 4096kb, but why not try downloading an actual file to see your speed? No speed test will give you real world speed in the end. Make sure you use a download manager for international.
Your line will never download at exactly 4mbps, there is always some overhead.
