4th mobile operator

Yep, it's Virgin, they're going to be a Virtual network operator, or whatever they call it, on Cell C's network. So they wont be building their own physical network at all, but will use Cell C's.

afaik cell c has a 10 year roaming aggreament with voda to use their infrastructure while they built up their own network.. And now the virgen mobile provider will just use cell c's network(not voda's i dont think)

did use voda but now 80% of their own afaik
Surely the whole downing of vodacom and cell c's network on friday shows that cell c still use vodacom a whole lot?

My mate is on cell c and whilst my vodacom lines were up again after an hour or so, his only came back up at 8 30 that evening, like 4 hours later!

afaik the problem was a technical error in the interconnect system for calls originating cell c terminating vodacom....according cell c their users were not affected outside of not being able to call vodacom subscribers
