As a MyBB member, you can buy from them.

Not sure if you'll find USB AND eSATA AND temp display AND fan control, etc, all on one panel. But you could probably find a few panels and stack them.

So you are looking for something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820132021 with temp status and fan control, now that's just going to look cramped.
You are better off finding 2 or more seperate modules than 1 with everything.
