Type of device: Hiperlan: indoor and outdoor use
Max Radiated Power: 1 W eirp

Additional requirements: CEPT/ERC/DEC (99)23
I would also like to know if there is any documentation of Icasa where it states that it can be used by municipalities.
dominic said:there has been some movement as regards municipalities recently...afaik there is an internal ICASA memo regarding municipalities and a form of self-provision although i do not know if this mentions any access to frequency
