Err I can only get 256MB 533MHz Ram from suppliers these days
800MHz is cheap enough I retail them at R215 for 1GB. Memory on the whole is dirt cheap right now even laptop RAM. I had to find old SD RAM the other day thats insanely expensive.
 
667 RAM is better - some dual cores can have an issue with 553 - 667 is as cheap, although the gap is narrow now
