hi guys,

so i get a little envelope flashing in the top corner of my screen telling me my sim memory is full.

except that i've deleted all the contacts off of it so there shouldnt be anything on it..

any ideas on how to get rid of the envelope / message??

they are there, had the same problem. find them and delete them. A 32KB sim card could hold 20 messages, if not more.

You set your sms folder to view sim messages only,
Delete the sneaky dudes. Then set back to memory card.
The phone will use your memory card for messages by default, but I think the sim comes pre-loaded with some rubbish messages. Mine didn't, but some do.

In my case is was SMS messages from way back when the sim was used in a 5110. This is the first phone to moan about the SMS space being full. Seems like a bug actually, because the sim wasn't full.

But yeah, its not complex, as kris says - simple view and delete the "SIM Messages"
