5G Cpe DNS Configuration

I have a rain 5G cpe at home and the seems to be one thing that I can't get right.

How do I change my dns setting on it to 1.1.12 and 1.1.13.

I have configured this on a switch that serve as the dhcp but still the router ignores them.

Maybe try 1.1.1.12 and 1.1.1.13

Instead of 1.1.12 and 1.1.13

Did you manage to get this right? I setup DNS on my mikrotik but the CPE overrides these i think
