5G Issues again

Getting terrible speed for the the last week or more, contact me asap to resort the issue please.

Hi, please can you follow up on a ticket 4646796. Support was supposed to be in touch and I have not heard anything. My 5G service has dropped to 4G 2Mbs connection for the last 2 days. My router is on raised aerial outside and I have had really good signal up until now. I have tried rebooting. Please can you follow up urgently, I need this connection for work.
