5G Signal disappears completely

Here in Honeydew I will have full strength 5G most of the time which is great. However, the last week or two the 5G connection will just be gone completely. It will drop to 4G which is almost unusable and no amount of trying to reconnect to 5G would do anything. The signal is just gone.

I then email Rain and within an hour or two the signal will come back again. Only for the same thing to happen again the next day or even later the same day.

Is there a way to check the status of a tower? It doesn't help to email Rain because they take a very long time to reply.

It's very frustrating. Woke up to no 5G. Normally I have full connection bars. Restarted router a couple of times to no avail.

The router is on the roof and the tower isn't far from me.
